"Rates have constantly gone up every couple months and any time I ask why their response is "I'm not sure" I went in to the office and added two more vehicles to my policy, she said it'd go up $150..... I go to pay it and it went up $200!!!!! I asked why the difference from what I was told and she said "I don't know and I can't see why" $700 a month...... no thanks..... I'll find somewhere else."
